IATC-AICT, 2024 World Congress

As part of the 2024 World Congress International Association of Theatre Critics (AICT-IATC), we have prepared a showcase of 25 Czech performances in collaboration with the Theatre Institute in Prague.

We have included a selection of performances from contributory theatre institutions (municipality-owned) as well as independent companies from the Czech Republic. All selected drama productions are subtitled in English. Non-verbal performances include puppet theatre as an integral part of the programme. We have also included 5 performances – 2 site-specific projects, 1 multimedia project and 2 children’s performances – for which you will receive a short summary in English before the performance and which are comprehensible without subtitles.
